Meet our amazing instructors and staff at Deep Soul Yoga, dedicated to guiding you on your journey toward strength, balance, and inner peace!

Andrea Bair, owner of Deep Soul Yoga + Sauna, first discovered yoga in 2005 but became fully immersed in her practice in 2018. Yoga has not only strengthened her physically, mentally, and emotionally, but has also supported her through some of the most challenging times in her life.

Andrea received her 500-hour E-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification in December 2026. She has taught at seven yoga studios in the Triad area before launching Deep Soul Yoga + Sauna in 2024.

Yoga is Andrea’s greatest passion, and she deeply respects all styles of yoga and meditation. Teaching gives her the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive impact in their lives. Sharing the transformative power of yoga is one of the most rewarding experiences for her, and she is honored and excited to share its benefits with as many people as possible.

Britney Jaimes believes that movement brings us back to our breath and the present moment. Inspired by Yogananda, her passion for the yogi path continues to grow. For Britney, yoga is about much more than physical movement—it’s a journey within, a way to discover who we truly are and to connect with something beyond ourselves. Her love for yoga began over 10 years ago, and she completed her teacher training in 2024. Now, she is dedicated to helping others find their peace through yoga.

Britney teaches the following classes:

Saturday morning: Hot Vinyasa

Wednesday night: Power Hot Vinyasa

Hi, I’m Sandra Newton. I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years. I started practicing right away in the hot room and immediately fell in love with it. As a former runner that lived for and loved the “runner’s high,” I found that hot yoga was the next best thing to that blissful feeling. My running days were unexpectedly cut short when I damaged my back and was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease. Unfortunately, the damage to my spine was permanent and irreversible, so I underwent a Spinal Fusion Surgery to fuse my L5 – S1 discs. During recovery from surgery, I found that hot yoga was not only therapeutic for my physical body, but also incredibly beneficial and healing for my mental and emotional well-being.

After 18 years of practicing yoga and raising three awesome kids, I was finally able to pursue my passion with full force and enroll in Yoga Teacher Training. I earned my 200-hour RYT certification in October 2023 and began teaching Hot Power Vinyasa Flow right away. After 6 months of teaching yoga, I earned my certification in Inferno Hot Pilates. This quickly became my niche and my absolute favorite class to teach! I love combining my knowledge of weight training (gained through years of experience in the gym) with my love of fitness, my incredibly deep passion for teaching, and my mission to deliver a phenomenal workout to my clients every single time I lead a class.

I currently teach Hot Power Flow, Inferno Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga Sculpt, Total Body Sculpt,  and Hot Kettlebell Fusion. Each and every class I teach will challenge you and get you in shape. I strive to offer modifications with my history of back issues, and understand not everyone can do every exercise I may offer. I look forward to meeting you on the mat!

Through committing to a daily practice she was able to overcome these symptoms and create a new baseline of health, happiness, awareness, and self-trust.

Abbey Lefko has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. For her, yoga is a fun and challenging way to connect with and move her body. She fell in love with hot yoga after graduating from undergrad in 2019 and was obsessed with how practicing in the heat made her feel strong and capable while also providing enough of a challenge to keep her quick-moving mind quiet.
Abbey possesses the designation of RYT-500 from the Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga in various settings for over three years. Abbey received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in the spring of 2021 and her 300-hour certification later that year, both with
Arrichion Hot Yoga and Circuit Training in Charlotte, NC.
Teaching yoga allows Abbey to share her love of yoga with her community and help others find the joy she has found through her practice. As a yoga teacher, she is committed to making yoga
accessible to anyone willing to step on their mat. She firmly believes that it doesn’t matter what we look like in the poses, instead, it matters how we feel in our bodies.
When Abbey is not on her mat she works as a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. She often utilizes her yoga training in the therapy room to assist her clients in feeling safe in their bodies and finding joy in movement and breathing.

She combines classical and contemporary Pilates with attention to fascia and lymphatics, while offering adaptive options that welcome and support every body.

Meet Scott! A thought about Dandasana. You need not work at a yoga studio to practice staff pose. There are many people who are unemployed or underemployed who gain great benefit from staff pose. That said, I am thrilled to be on staff here at Deep Soul yoga and happy to help you progress along your wellness journey.
