🌱 Why Do a 300-Hour Training?
A 300-hour is where you really become a confident, skilled teacher:
- Refine your voice + teaching style
- Learn to sequence advanced classes
- Specialize (trauma-informed yoga, yoga therapy, prenatal, etc.)
- Build toward E-RYT 500 (experienced teacher status)
- Deepen your personal practice and philosophy
⚠️ Important Notes
- You must already have a 200-hour certification to enroll (in most programs)
- Not all programs are equal—curriculum depth varies widely
- Yoga Alliance is not a licensing body, but it is widely recognized by studios
