Ganesha’s 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

300-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training (RYS 300) is an advanced-level yoga teacher certification designed for teachers who have already completed a 200-hour training and want to deepen their skills, specialize, and move toward the RYT 500 credential.

What is a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training?

A 300-hour training builds on your foundational knowledge and focuses on advanced teaching, deeper philosophy, and specialization.

🌱 Why Do a 300-Hour Training?

A 300-hour is where you really become a confident, skilled teacher:

  • Refine your voice + teaching style
  • Learn to sequence advanced classes
  • Specialize (trauma-informed yoga, yoga therapy, prenatal, etc.)
  • Build toward E-RYT 500 (experienced teacher status)
  • Deepen your personal practice and philosophy

⚠️ Important Notes

  • You must already have a 200-hour certification to enroll (in most programs)
  • Not all programs are equal—curriculum depth varies widely
  • Yoga Alliance is not a licensing body, but it is widely recognized by studios
