DEEP SOUL YOGA Class Descriptions

All-Levels Flow 45 (Warm)
Take a mid-day break with our fun and upbeat 45-minute Vinyasa flow class. It’s perfect for a mid-day break to rejuvenate, refocus, and recharge your energy so you can power through the rest of your afternoon! Like our other warm classes, the studio is heated to between 85 and 90°F. This temperature is perfect for easing into a hot yoga practice while gradually increasing endurance and flexibility. All levels are welcome, and each class is specifically tailored to the needs of the attending students.

Blissful Flow

Our Blissful Flow is an all-levels mindful Vinyasa flow class. Each class is a customized heart-centered themed flow, leading to a peak pose or group of poses, that allows ample time to enjoy each pose. This class builds strength and stamina while increasing flexibility and range of motion through creative sequences and deep stretching. Overall, this is a wonderful practice that will give you a great workout AND leave you feeling calm, relaxed, and blissed out.

BUTI Yoga Flow

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Embracing the philosophy that everyone has the power to transform and heal their body from within. Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics.  Activating the spiral structure of the core for deep conditioning, stimulating the endocrine system, and activating kundalini energy.  A genuinely transformative practice combining ancient pranayama with cardio-intensive intervals resulting in maximum calorie burning benefits, with students reporting 250+ calories burned each class.  Join Laramie Reese for Rock the Mat Buti Yoga Flow classes set to hip-hop and rap music, and have a blast while blasting calories!

Candlelight Yin

End your day the best way by releasing tension, stretching and deeply relaxing in our awesome Candlelight Yin class. Yin Yoga is a meditative, healing practice using passive, long-held floor poses (generally 2-5 minutes). Connective tissues, fascia, joints, ligaments, and bones receive gentle, low-load stress. The longer poses provide an opportunity for the fascia to gently release and stretch, improving flexibility and releasing long-held tension in the body. Each Yin pose presents an opportunity to go inward and find an appropriate balance of effort and ease. It is a wonderful complement to an active (Yang) practice and a much-needed tool for anyone who needs to unwind a tight body, mind, or heart. Yin is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please note: This is a NON-HEATED class.

Chakra Healing Flow

Embark on a fascinating inner journey of profound awareness and self-discovery with our
Chakra Healing Flow series. Tune into your subtle energy bodies and learn how to access the
ancient wisdom of your chakras to improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Through regular practice, you can achieve greater mental clarity, emotional stability, physical vitality, enhanced creativity and intuition, greater happiness and inner peace, and so much more! This class explores spirituality and yogic philosophy, while simultaneously guiding students in a strong physical practice. All levels are welcome; the only prerequisite is an open mind.

Free Community Meditation Class

Our FREE (Donation only) Meditation class creates a safe and supportive space that welcomes all participants, regardless of experience or fitness level. Class begins with a mindful check-in, or body scan, to aid in “arriving” and being present. Each week participants will learn and then practice a different meditation technique. Each class also includes a brief sharing and Q & A period. Mats are provided and some cushions are available. If you prefer to sit on a chair, please bring your own folding or camping chair. Whatever you are more comfortable using is what is best! Wear layers – it is important to be comfortable, and the temperature in the room can be quite warm. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. The doors are locked five minutes after the class starts, so it is very important to arrive on time.

Free Community Yoga Class

Our FREE (Donation only) Community hot yoga class provides a healthy challenge and
movements that will strengthen your whole body. Enjoy an energizing, well-rounded flow that will help you tone your body, improve your balance, and boost your confidence! The class ends with relaxing stretches and a restorative savasana to send you into your afternoon and evening feeling blissed out. Come experience the joy and magic of hot yoga for yourself! We have mats, towels, blocks and anything else you might need to practice! Just bring your water and your beautiful self! Please note: Although all levels are welcome, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required for participation. This class is Donation-Based. Donations are gratefully accepted.

Fun Friday Blacklight Yoga

Join us for a super fun and fabulous Blacklight Yoga flow that’s guaranteed to liven up your
Friday night! Come early to adorn yourself with free glow-in-the-dark tattoos, body paint and
glowing face jewels! Dress in your wildest neon colors and prints (or just wear white) for
maximum glow, as we flow to EDM (Electronic Dance Music) – drum and bass, techno, house and club music. This fun and easy class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Bring your family, friends, or even your date for a totally exhilarating and unique yoga experience! Warning: You’ve NEVER done yoga like this before… and you may get HOOKED!

Hot BLACKLIGHT Stretch & Flow

This class begins with a gentle, easy flow to warm up the body before moving to seated and reclined poses on the mat. Tight muscles (particularly in the hips and hamstrings) are gradually encouraged to relax and release through a delicious combination of long hold times and soothing infrared heat. This allows the body’s fascia, or connective tissue, to lengthen and stretch. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and exhilarated. All levels are welcome.

Embark on a fascinating inner journey of profound awareness and self-discovery with our Hot Chakra Stretch & Flow series. Tune into your subtle energy bodies and learn how to access the ancient wisdom of your chakras to improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing class that will allow you to move and sweat while
reconnecting with your heart, mind, and body. The word “Vinyasa” means “linking movement with the breath.” This powerful practice cultivates mindfulness and present-moment awareness, while simultaneously balancing, sculpting, detoxifying, and building strength. The hot room loosens your muscles to promote deeper stretches and enhance your flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is the ultimate high intensity, low-impact workout performed on a yoga mat at 95-99°F (35°C) with 45% humidity. It creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast! This whole-body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as “the Yoga of Awareness.” In this class we will come into rhythm with ourselves, accessing the full spectrum of our energy, intelligence, creativity, and potential. Conscious movement and breath will sync us to the flow of our own energy, and combining this with the medicine of sound will allow us to journey into the heart of our being. Together we will awaken the storehouse of power within us and allow it to shift us out of stress and lift us into bliss. The combination of breath (Pranayama), movement (Kriya), sound bath (chanting mantra), eye focus (drishti), and deep relaxation (gong bath) will realign the body systems, bring ease to the mind, connect us with our soul and support us in shifting our consciousness into an elevated state. Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra


Relax your body, quiet your mind, and enjoy some much-needed self-care in this incredibly
calming and healing class that’s designed to facilitate full body relaxation, bringing an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the body and mind. Restorative Yoga emphasizes the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets to completely support you in the pose. This releases tension on all levels and encourages surrender into a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deep guided meditation that uses a variety of techniques to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is thought to be the equivalent of 4 hours of deep sleep. This class is perfect for ALL levels of experience and stages of flexibility. It’s the perfect class to combat the chronic exhaustion and overstimulation we all face on the daily! Please bring any of your own props for your total comfort and relaxation (mat, pillow, blanket, eye covering, etc.) or feel free to use those provided by the studio. PLEASE NOTE: This is a NON-HEATED class.

Sound Bath and Yoga Nidre

Sound bath meditation is an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. It uses a variety of instruments, each with a unique healing frequency. These might include Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sometimes the human voice, to create a landscape of sound that washes over you.

The combination of sound waves are designed to be heard but also felt physically, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, and encouraging a deep state of relaxation. This helps lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels, and slow the heart rate, inviting the body to potentially heal and restore itself and enhance well-being. It may encourage a state of deep relaxation and meditation, promoting inner stillness and healing.

The experience is largely internal and personal, with reactions to the sounds being unique to the person’s own physical and emotional state.
